Join us on a telecall! This Thursday February 9th 12-1pm PST
I could never have created the freedom I have today, with all the excess of unwanted stuff I had. Too much of nothing, things that didn’t represent me, things that were an expense for untrue needs. So this Thursday I am getting on a call with my friend and certified coach Patrice Capitant to discuss simplicity in our life.
Open call to everyone. Our intention is to create a space for us to have a conversation about what needs to change in our life when we are looking for happiness and simplicity.
To register simply email me at: Andrea@thenakedelephant.net and I will send you the call info.

I was driving home today with my window half open, thinking I will turn 38 in 3 months, feeling a bit guilty because it’s Monday and I have no office or cubicle to report to. I don’t have a million dollars in the bank, so how can we feel free when we stubbornly tied money to freedom? What is freedom anyways? How do you define freedom? Being able to do what ever you want, go wherever you want, buy whatever you want, well then you are not free. If we look at freedom from that perspective, I don’t think we will ever be…an endless pursuit. Then I looked up and saw a bird flying high, and I felt his invitation to redefine freedom.
Freedom: Is our ability to feel however we choose regardless of what is going on outside ourselves.
And the little bird added…now if you had a million dollars in the bank, that’s freedom on steroids!
How do you define it?

Passion is not tangible, is not a thing you can find (passion is a lot like love). You can’t find it… you gotta feel it.
You can’t sell it. You got to live it. Passion is within you. Passion is a cocktail of chemicals allowing you to feel drunk of happiness (euphoria).
Don’t waste your time trying too hard to find your passion a job. It usually prefers to be unemployed. ”Passion is a state of being”– Is not out there.
We find plenty of misleading information about passion…and how to find your passion, and how finding your passion (?) can make you happy and fulfilled.
You cannot go out there and find your passion, because your passion is not out there. Your passion is something you turn on and off – by falling in love with who you are and do. (…)
